– Betrayed: commit treason against.
– violation of a trust or allegiance.
– To be false or disloyal to.
– People generally feel betrayed when their bodies “let them down”, by hurting, getting ill or tired, or not being able to perform some task.
– Where did we get the belief that our bodies should just keep ticking along, no matter what we ask of them?
– Shift to viewing our bodies as our partners.
– I’m doing everything I’m supposed to, and I still have lots of problems!
– I have no idea what my body is trying to say!
