We are immersed in a vibrational Universe. How we feel has everything to do with how we tune ourselves, which vibrational frequency we choose. Like tuning a radio, we can listen to KRAP or something more pleasing.
When we practice the Art of Allowing, we relax into thoughts that soothe us. When we notice a thought that brings us tension, pain, dis-ease, we can breathe, tap with EFT, pray, meditate, move, dance… something which helps us to re-tune.
When we get the hang of it, we develop thought patterns which feel GOOD. It really doesn’t matter much what they are. You can think about water and flowers or NASCAR racing. If it feels good to you, and you practice it, you are deepening in spiritual awareness of the infinite source of Well-Being. And, you feel joy in the moment. In other words, you are indeed Thriving NOW.
