Do You Need a Dose of Celebration?

Rick and I often talk about how much celebration and gratitude can add to your life…raising your vibration, creating a sense of well-being, and attracting more good stuff into your life. It can also help anchor positive actions and attitudes.

In just a minute I’ll lead you in some EFT Tapping on celebration (and how most people give it not nearly enough importance), but we wanted to start off by role modeling and appreciating you.

We are deeply grateful for the feedback and insights you shared with us around Clearing Clutter, the vulnerability you shared around your shame and embarrassment around the topic, and the powerful testimonials you shared.

We’re delighted that so many of you decided to Clear your Clutter this season. It was fabulous to see orders coming in from countries far and wide, and right here at home. We love knowing that ripples of clarity are spreading all over the world as we speak! Each positive change adds up, and the world needs encouragement right now.

Rick and I both know first hand what a difference an energetically Right-for-You home and office can make in your life. We love the ease, abundance, and fun it adds to our life, and we congratulate you for taking action.

If any of you would like to share how the Clearing Clutter with EFT program changed your life, or any of the changes you’re making as a result of that, please reply to this email and let us know. If we have your permission to share your story (sharing success anchors it for the sharer, and encourages those just starting out), please let us know how you want us to list your name.

Tapping For Celebration

bigstock-Happy-group-of-friends-family-43459618People who focus on transforming their lives are dear to Rick’s and my hearts. We love connecting with people like you who are curious, creative, loving, and who want to know their full potential. You are strong, courageous, and generous.

One of the main problems many people like this run into is lack of celebration. If you’re like me, as soon as you accomplish something, you want to go off and create something new and better. I have spent years on a project, had it come out more successfully than I dreamed, and then spent a measly 30 seconds savoring the good feelings before I started working hard on the next dream.

The problem with that is… I can get worn out. Celebration and congratulations (to yourself or others) recharges the tank and helps you have the fuel to do new things with.

I’ve learned that when I feel run down or uninspired, it’s time to do some celebrating!

Will you join me in a celebration tapping now?

Karate Chop: Even though I don’t always take time to celebrate, I’m open to practicing and recharging myself more.

Even though I tend to want to start the next thing, I choose to honor my efforts and send gratitude to everyone who helped me, including myself.

Even though I love that I’m willing to work hard and dig deep, play and celebration add sparkle and delight to life, and I choose to drink deep here, too.

Top of the Head: I don’t have a lot of practice celebrating.
Eyebrow: And I’m smart and generous.
Side of the Eye: So I can learn to celebrate.
Under the Eye: I deserve to celebrate!
Under the Nose: I’ve been working hard.
Chin: I’ve been digging deep.
Collarbone: I get to feel appreciation and gratitude.
Under the Arm: I get to feel joy.

Top of the Head: I sometimes shut it down.
Eyebrow: I tell myself it isn’t enough…
Side of the Eye: Or that someone else did more.
Under the Eye: What if I just celebrated what I did do?
Under the Nose: What if I enjoyed the accomplishment I created?
Chin: No matter how small or big.
Collarbone: I can even celebrate tapping on celebration.
Under the Arm: I’m doing something good for me right now!

Top of the Head: I did do a good job!
Eyebrow: I send appreciation to my younger self.
Side of the Eye: She did great!
Under the Eye: I send appreciation to my present self.
Under the Nose: Really great job!
Chin: I allow my heart to fill with warmth and love.
Collarbone: I radiate that warmth to every cell in my body.
Under the Arm: And then to the whole Universe.
Top of the Head: I allow celebration to fill me… and renew me.

Take a deep breath.

Notice what’s coming up. Do you feel full of warmth and love? Do you feel recharged?

Or are some blocks coming up? Do you feel like you deserve this good feeling? Does it feel safe?

Either answer is useful and powerful! (And most of us have a mixture of both). Write down your fears and blocks, then tap on them. Clearing these blocks will truly supercharge your progress! And your joy in life.

To a life full of joy, fulfillment, and love,
Cathy
