- Money, you are not welcome here!
- Worry about how people will see me.
- Regret, bad decisions in the past.

2009-07-07 I Hate Being Dependent On Others
- We all depend on (rely on) others for support. The angst comes from a few sources:
-   1) If someone gives me something, I owe them or they control me. (other defintions of dependent).
-   2) A belief in lack- if I rely on this, and it goes away, I won’t be able to stand it!
-   3) The things we tell ourselves about it (I’m weak, embarrassed).
- The ways to counter this dislike and fear are:
-   1) Good boundaries so we don’t feel obligated to give away our power for accepting help.
-   2) Circles of support.
-   3) Tap on the limiting beliefs

2009-07-08 Open Call
- Fear of change.
- Grieving the loss of my dog.
- I deserve to be punished.
- Did I let my father down?
- My relationship with my children.
- Feeling of suffocating.

- Men always having to save her.
- Very caucasian focused sense of beauty.
- Can we age gracefully? And still be beautiful?

- It’s going to end!
- The clock stricking midnight

- Losing weight is hard!
- Not feeling attractive at my age.
- Fear that this stress will make my CF worse.
- Shyness getting in the way.

- I *know* I Have to be special to get what I want.
- I’m powerless.
- If I get something good, bad things will happen

- It is not safe to celebrate.
- Whole family reinforces that.
- Body symptom, changing it to safe and competent.
- Losing weight is hard to do.
- They called me names and it hurt.
