– I don’t feel comfortable with my child (because his behaviors remind me of my ex-husband and father)
– Feeling appreciation for SELF and the pain fo seeking it from others
– Angry at my body for giving me so much pain
– Listening for RELIEF to tap into body guidance… and releasing resistance
– I never get anywhere with my ideas
– Inner Self directed vs. getting feedback from others

– Addressing the suffering first, telling the body it can be calm and relaxed anyway

– Making proposals to the “boss” from a place of confidence
– Feeling like a panicked child in the workplace

The Abe Quote from today I feel is applicable to the session about caring for a parent where we really do not control their pain level:

Nothing is more debilitating than to care about something you can’t do anything about. And you can’t do anything about your adult children (or adult parents! -Rick). You can want better for them, and maybe even begin to provide something for them, but in the long run, you cannot do anything about someone else?s vibration other than hold them in the best light you can, mentally, and then project that to them. And sometimes, distance makes that much more possible than being up close to them.
